Order Processing

All orders are made-to-order and begin processing shortly after your purchase is placed.

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

• During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, events), processing times may be slightly extended

• Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  We offer multiple shipping options at checkout to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Rush Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

  Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.

Split Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may ship in multiple packages if items are produced in different locations or at different times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
